In a recent bizarre incident which took
place at Russia, a 38 year old women was found guilty of their deeds.
Gulchekhra Bobokulova from Russia willingly accepted her sin of killing a four
year old kid. As per the CCTV footage, Bobokulova is seen walking beside a
metro station with the head of four year old in her hand. Police said that
apparently, she was suffering from some kind of mental health issues otherwise,
it is not possible to things like this in public.
According
to the local news agencies, she took the head out of a bag which she was
carrying along with her. The moment she took the head out, she started
screaming that she is a terrorist and she would blow herself up. This
un-matured act comes into the attention of the world when this amateur video
from CCTV footage was uploaded online. In the video, it is clear that a women
wearing a black clad is shouting "I am a terrorist. I am your death".
Police have initiated an investigation
against the women and had already filed a charge sheet at Presnensky District
Court. The police mentioned in the court that there is no one else involved in
the case. However, the police is not neglecting the possibility that she might
have been "incited" to commit such crime.
As per the news article of Moscow Times,
Gulchekhra Bobokulova had this preplanned and thus she waited for the kid's
parents to go out. Then she mercilessly killed the four year old girl and by
setting the apartment on fire, she fled to the metro station. She is a Central
Asia migrant from Uzbekistan who was staying illegally in Russia and was
allowed to babysit by the parents although she never had any work permit stated
by Olga Kirillova, Head of the Moscow Migration Services department.
On hearing the news of the girl child's
death, the mother Ekaterina went into the shock and now is being treated in
hospital. Police later on discovered the headless body of the four year old kid
inside the apartment.
Owing
to the mental condition of the convict, the police is said to carry out
psychiatric test in order to justify if she really is a mental patient or not.
According to a police official, as she has already confessed her act, the women
is charged with murder and all the necessary action will be taken against her
no matter what health condition she is in.
